WARNING !! Your license may be at risk of suspension and you could be facing jail time  (Call our office immediately for assistance if you think your license is at risk - (770) 993-3300.  If you are charged with DUI, and you refuse to take a breath, blood or urine test, or if you take the test and your result is 0.08 or greater, you have only 10 days to request an administrative  hearing seeking to preserve your right to drive. Failure to do so may result in a one year suspension of your driver's license. If you took the test and your blood alcohol level was .08 or higher, or if you  refused to take the test, the 10 Day Rule applies to you and you must to act quickly.  Also, the State may seek to administratively suspend your license if you tried to take the test, but the officer said you refused; if you were under 21 on the day of your arrest, and your test result was .02 or higher; or if you have a CDL and your blood alcohol level was .04 or higher.
